Three Lessons from three idiots

Three lead Actors from Three Idiots Bollywood Movie

Movies are always a great way to learn about life. They are more than just mere entertainment. If one were to look at movies for innovation purposes, they provide modern ideas that reflect the true aspiring future of modern civilization. Three idiots is one of those jolliest yet innovative movies that is available to watch on YouTube and get fascinated with the fervor of innovation and intelligence. From this movie, there can be lots of lessons to learn; however, I have tried to carve out the three daunting lessons that have personally influenced my life, and may it be helpful to you as well.

  1. Creativity is the mother of innovation
  2. Curiosity leads to the discovery of treasure
  3. The courage to uphold personal dreams and goals eventually translates into reality.

Let's begin!

Creativity is the mother of innovation:

“Always be willing to look for the loopholes in everything you encounter along the way of life.”

Creativity is the amalgamation of focus, dedication, persuasion, and the ability to live in the present. There is always more than just one aspect to everything we come across, and it takes energy to deep dive into the details to figure out the absurdity of that specific thing.  In this movie, the hero plays the role of a crazy human who is always busy creating new things.

Creativity is the start of the journey towards success. It demands an intellectual persona and the dedication to pull off the greatest obstacle along the way. There is no surety in creativity because it is a spark inside the mind and if one implies that spark into real life, life will surely be the greatest.

It is also a notion of a creative person that he never shies away from asking a question, no matter how dumb that question seems to the world. Creativity is always in the discovery of creation.

Curiosity leads to the discovery of treasure:

Curiosity is the second side of the same coin - creativity. Where there is creative work, there is curiosity.

It is a habit that offers fulfillment as a result of indulging in the work. In the movie, Amir Khan, a lead actor, seemed busy creating new ideas and implementing them for a personal sense of fulfillment. It's in the persona of a curious person to not indulge in the rat race; they feel peace when they are in their domain and work their way up to new levels.

Curiosity in simple words is about wanting more in life. More adventure, more innovation, more writing, more creation.

The courage to uphold personal dreams and goals eventually translate into reality:

Courage is a lesson that “three idiots movie” offers. It shows the dedication of the lead hero being the top academia continuously persists on his dreams without getting into the race of cramming and shortcuts to extract the best grades. It takes courage to walk the path of passion where self-fulfillment lies.

It is worth understanding that courage is a force to deter all the naysayers and be committed to personal goals and agendas. In this movie, we see how it was a big deal to follow the passion. Another actor in the movie always aspired to become a photographer, but he could not pursue it because of family pressure. It was later he found the courage to become the man he always aspired to become.

It is always easier to forget about personal goals and follow what society demands out of you. But it takes one to find that courage to stand against the crowd and say yes to the adventures one always wanted to pursue.

Thank you for your company!

7 lessons I learned from the Al Chemist

Lesson #1:- Humans are tested with calamities and challenges to build a stronger intellectual ground where they can protect their lives and become able to create a better world for future generations.  Those who risked their lives and followed their dreams, they have got the victory. And those who did not risk, and played it safe,  merely stopped where they needed to start. Lesson #2:- Santiago in the search of his legend (true inner self) encountered challenges and a few close calls to death. In the search for treasure, he fearlessly bids on his life by selling his sheep to an old King joins a crystal shop in an unknown part of Africa, and finally embarks on the longest journey towards the Pyramids of Egypt.  His passion to find the unknown treasure based on his audacious belief in omens led him to overpower all the negative forces that could have stopped him from achieving his legend. Quote “If you believe in yourself worthy of the thing you fought so hard to get, t...

This is why evidence in conversation matters?

Here are a few big question marks? Why should one believe in storytelling when there’s little space for the question? Is it reliable what you're listening to? What is the truth? What makes a person qualified for any opinion? “The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence.” – Carl Sagan The human thinking pattern relies on storytelling. As Yuval Noah Harari in his book “Sapiens” calls humans the social beings with close proximity to story beings. Humans communicate with each other through storytelling. It is an easier and more fun method to continue the conversation for a longer time. Sometimes, stories get to a certain level where the fine line between truth and false gets thinner. It becomes a hell sort of challenge to distinguish the words as true or false especially when it’s coming out of a person close to one in relations. Most of us grew up in an environment where many people could express their thoughts without any fear of being questioned. Age was considered ...

What is a Wasteman Loop & How to avoid it?

Waqar Ahmed | The Productivity Science What is a wasteman Loop? For the past few days, I have been doing a lot of social media surfacing without realizing the effects of it on my productive life. I was so indulged in social media scrolling, liking, and sharing weird cat posts that I never realized I was wasting more than 4 hours per day of my precious life. Being into some business where there is no return value or profit is what I call a wasteman loop. Every once in a while I return to this wasteman life and I have to push myself again to keep focused on the main objectives in life. This on and off productivity is what I call the loop. I’m constantly worried about two things to happen in my life, first, when I start wasting my time on social media or any other stuff that adds zero value to my life, second, the continuous fight with consistency to not return to wasteman life and still end up becoming the wasteman I loathe. How does it affect your productivity? Being a wasteman has...
